So you’ve tried everything, and you don’t know what to do. These rats are still getting into your house, and you’ve sealed up every duck and cranny. You’ve had three bugmen Come out, three companies come out, and they can’t find out what’s going on. They had no idea. They’ve even done a smoke test, where they take a smoke bomb and they put it in the sewer line to see if there’s any smoke that comes out anything, and they still cannot find this thing. And so you’re thinking, Oh, I’ve got this weird problem in a in a neighborhood that just is kind of heavily infested with rodents. Most of the older neighborhoods in Pinellas County and and Hillsboro are definitely and any older community definitely have have huge populations. So, so what do you do? Well, don’t underestimate, I know it’s expensive. I know you don’t want to do it, but don’t underestimate hiring. And I say a plumbing company. There’s a few book guys out there that do this, but it’s so, so rare. I can’t I can’t sit here and tell you, this is what you need to do, or this is who you recall for this, because nothing is something I don’t do. But you get that camera to go into the lines and see what’s going out the lines. And 90 plus percent of the times when you’ve tried everything else, that smoke test missed something, and you’re going to find a small hole or a big hole anyway, and some part of the sewer system that is going to go ahead and and be the answer to your problem. I said it’s you can try the smoke they say there’s nothing to worry about, wonderful. But if it doesn’t solve the problem, that’s when you want to go do the extra effort of getting a camera. Most people I’ve talked to says, Oh no, they did a smoke test. That’s not where they’re getting in. I’ve seen too many times where there’s one home over on the east coast of Florida. They literally caught one, at least one rat a day for a year before they finally hired a plumber to come out who knew what he was doing with rodents and and find out what was going on. And he showed the whole problem was solved immediately. So I highly recommend it that that you consider the camera if the smoke test has been done, and it does is didn’t find anything, but the problem is not solved. That’s a recommendation.
