Most people sit on a pest problem longer than they should. Not because they don't care. Because they figure the second they pick up the phone, somebody's going to start selling them something.

That's not how this works here. You'll get Kit at the office or you'll get me. We'll ask what you're seeing and where you're seeing it. Sometimes the answer is that you don't need us yet, and we'll tell you that too.

What happens when you call

We'll ask what you're seeing and where. If it's termites, we come out and look at the house before anybody quotes you a price, because there's no honest way to price a termite job over the phone. The inspection doesn't cost you anything.

Then you get a straight answer on what it is, what it'll take, and what it costs. If tenting is the right call for your house instead of what we do, we'll tell you that and point you to somebody good.

Where we work

For pest control we work Pinellas County, generally within about ten miles of the shop.

Termites we go further. About twenty miles, and we try to stay west of 275.
