Hi, I’m Coby with Coby’s Tentless Termite and Pest Control. And today we’re going to say, how do you treat for subterranean the ground termites. We’re having a little fun with the AI generation. You type in a few things and put this on. This is a little sketch that came up for me, which is kind of fun, but But realistically though, how do you treat for them? Okay, so there’s you have liquids and you have baits. There you go, in a story. But okay, and if you like to watch the next video, liquid and baits, and what we have chosen to do as we use both. And the reason we do this is because we will pick a small trench around the outside of the home, and we’ll put two different termite products in at the same time, because we like to have make sure we cover our bases as far as what possibly could happen on the outside, getting into the liquid to monocytes we use and how they carry them back to the colonies, until the colonies. But then what we do after we’ve done that treatment is we put a monitoring station, little tiny guy, a little piece of plastic with some wood inside of it. We wait. Actually, we wait 90 days or so after we’ve done our initial treatment, and then we put it into the ground. The reason we wait that it takes about about three months for for it to kill liquid, to kill the termites, or the colony of termites. And once we’ve done that, every three months, we come back and we’ll inspect it. Now, a lot of people say that’s overkill. You don’t need to do that now they have once a year baits, which is something we feel comfortable with, is we’ll go ahead and inspect it. If we find that there is activity in any of those stations that we put out there, then we literally take that station out and we put hm right bait into that area, in addition to boosting up that area with some more liquid to my decide if they were ever to get in the home, we would do that as well. But it’s extremely rare that we ever have a problem that goes past finding termites in the station on the outside, and the main reason for that is is because we already have multiple traumatic sides down that are already killing the entire colonies, whether it’s on the day that we treat or five to 10 years later, as they come into those areas, they’ll get into it. And we do some boosters every five to 10 years, depending on on the situation with your particular home. But that’s the way we like to do it. We like to we like but look it down. First, monitoring stations down. Second, Bates. Third, if it’s necessary, with booster areas that have a problem and that’s going to protect your home for subtle intermites for a very, very long time. And yeah, so it does a good job. What can I say? But anyways, if you have a question about Subramanian termites or any other insect for that matter, please give us a call. 727-462-0400, Coby with Coby’s Tentless Termite and Pest Control
