Pest Control in Clearwater: We’d Rather Stop Them at the Door
Here's the way I look at it. If we're treating inside your home, something already got in and we're correcting a problem. If we're treating outside, we're keeping that problem from ever happening. Most of what we do is the second one. We'd rather stop them at the door than go looking for them once they're in your kitchen.
The estimate is free. We come out, walk the property, and tell you straight what you've got and what it'll take. Protecting Tampa Bay homes since 1986.
The barrier
We treat a barrier around your house, and while we're doing that, we're checking under your windowsills and around every door and window, because that's where bugs work their way in.
We look up, too
Spiders are opportunistic. They'll set up wherever the conditions are right, and outside lights that draw insects at night are exactly the kind of spot that gets their attention, so we treat around those. If you've got a pool cage, we check inside it, since a screened enclosure gives them the same opportunity.
Mulch, eaves, and gutters
We look at your mulch beds and around your shrubs, because heavy mulch holds moisture and gives bugs somewhere to hide close to your foundation. We treat your eaves and soffits, and we check your gutters and downspouts to see if water's draining the way it should, since standing water and clogged drainage are exactly what invites pests in. On the ground, we're checking your driveway and sidewalk for ant mounds and trails working toward the house.
When we come inside
The whole time we're out there, we're not just running a checklist. We're looking for anything out of the ordinary that needs something extra. And we do go inside when it's called for. If you're already seeing roaches, ants, drain flies, centipedes, or something else crawling around, we come in and treat it directly. But for most homes on a regular schedule, staying on the outside is what keeps the inside clean in the first place.
Got roaches specifically? The big ones and the little ones need different fixes.
Our guarantee: you'll be 100% happy, or you don't pay a penny. If at any time something's bothering you, call us. We'll come back out at no additional charge, as many times as it takes, until it's gone.

What customers say
"Coby is the absolute best! He treats my home four (4) times a year, and it is rare to never that I have to ask him to come back and treat my home again. Our home backs up to a conservation area. We have spiders and palmetto bugs and ants galore --you name it. It was overwhelming! We called on Coby about three (3) years ago and haven't had a problem since. The treatments are pet and child friendly. I highly recommend Coby's Tentless Termite and Pest Control."
— Sherrilyn McCoy Pecorella"Coby did a walk-through of the house & determined that there wasn't a termite issue & that it might be ants. He tested an area that I was concerned about and explained what it might be, possibly ants. After he sprayed there were no ants & I just checked again (hour after he left), no ants. I appreciate the honesty and will probably hire him to do my quarterly pest control as my current provider wasn't very good and gave me 1/2 day notice of my next appointment or just showed up."
— Cheryl KupanWe're right here in Clearwater, and we have been since 2002. Call and we'll come walk the property. The look costs you nothing.
As long as GOD keeps making them, we'll keep killing them. You have a great day.
