This is home. I started in pest control in 1986 and opened this company in 2002, and we've never worked out of anywhere else. Harbor Oaks, Historic Glenwood, the older Greenbriar streets. I've been in those houses.

A town built on wood
Clearwater was settled in 1888 as Clear Water Harbor and incorporated in 1891. The Belleview Biltmore went up just south in Belleair in 1897, and the winter houses followed it. Harbor Oaks down along the Intracoastal still has that restored historic stock.
I've got history with that Biltmore building. We treated it years back, and when I got called out later to quote the preserved 1897 section, they told me they couldn't find termites anywhere in the original wood. Only wanted the new lumber treated. Even I didn't expect it to hold that long.
What tentless actually means
Fumigation kills what's in the structure today. Then the tarps come off, the gas goes with them, and your wood is exactly as available to the next swarm as it was before. That's not a knock on tenting. It's just the honest limit of it.
Since 2003 we've been treating whole houses without the tent. The borate goes into the wood and stays there, and nothing is known to pull it back out. You stay in your own bed the entire time, the pool cage screens stay on, and nobody drags a tarp across your roof.
Ask whoever you're comparing us against whether they treat the whole house or just the spot. Most treat the spot.
General pest around here
Palmetto bugs live outside and come in. German roaches take a real cleanout on your end plus monthly visits on ours. Ants depend entirely on which ant.
A regular visit means a treated band about four to six feet wide around your foundation, up the wall and out onto the ground, plus the eaves, the mulch, and the shrubs. Spiders in the pool cage, we hit those too. And we look while we're there, because what we find sometimes changes what we do.
What it runs
Termites go by square footage under roof, not just heated and cooled. Specifics of your house move that, which is why I won't quote over the phone. General pest depends on the property.
The guarantees
On termite work: if the bugs come back, so do we. No additional cost during your warranty year, carryable for life.
On general pest control: one hundred percent happy or you don't pay a penny. Still seeing bugs at thirty days, call me.
Here's the honest reason not to sit on it. A drywood colony takes about five years to get big enough to throw swarmers, the winged ones that leave and start new colonies somewhere else in your house. Once that starts, one colony becomes several, and several becomes dozens. Caught early it's a straightforward job. Caught late, I've seen it take years to track them all down. That's not a sales line. That's just how they work.
